CTA met with the district Monday, March 11 to discuss upcoming 2024-2025 bargaining sessions. CTA expressed a desire to resolve the contract as soon as possible. The district agreed and shared the same desire. CTA reiterated its position that bargaining can be collaborative no matter what we call it if both sides are willing to work together. We have some tentative dates set for the next few bargaining sessions. Once these are confirmed we will update the Bargaining section of the CTA website. No proposals were passed at this initial session.
