The CTA President and Vice-President are automatic Delegates to the FEA Representative Assembly by virtue of election to the office of CTA President and Vice-President. One CTA Association Day and up to $200 will be provided to the top (30) Candidates with highest votes if meeting requirements are met and receipts are turned in. The next (50) Candidates will receive up to $80 per day in reimbursement from CTA if convention meeting requirements are met and receipts are turned in. In the event that candidates are elected by acclimation, Association Days and convention reimbursement will be determined by drawing lots. If for any reason the Assembly moves to a virtual platform, no stipends or reimbursements will be issued. Any member in good standing for at least two years prior to being elected may run for Delegate(s) and may nominate themselves.

The CTA President and Vice-President are automatic Delegates to the NEA Representative Assembly by virtue of election to the office of CTA President and Vice-President. *The top three (3) Candidates with highest votes will be designated as State Delegates who will receive $700 provided by FEA if meeting requirements are met and receipts are turned in. The next (13) Candidates will be designated as Local Delegates and will receive up to $700 in reimbursement from CTA if convention meeting requirements are met and receipts are turned in. Any remaining candidates(s) elected as Local Delegates will receive up to $80 per day if meeting requirements are met and receipts are turned in. In the event that candidates are elected by acclimation, State Delegates and Local Delegates will be determined by drawing lots. If for any reason the Assembly moves to a virtual platform, no stipends or reimbursements will be issued.
