Dear Board Members,
I am asking that you accept the Special Magistrate’s recommendation. The biggest issue at impasse is insurance and the Magistrate ruled that there should be no change. I ask that you meet with CTA to come up with a quick resolution that would allow us to have our increase.
Please remember it was your decision to declare impasse. We need our salary increase. Please do not delay the process further.
