The district presented their economic proposal today which included the following proposed salary increases:

Highly Effective | 0.20% + 2.05%Total = 2.25% | $1,331 |
The district also proposed to maintain the current retention supplement and select supplements for the 2024-25 school year.
Your bargaining team came prepared to reach an agreement. We gave the district counter-proposals on all outstanding items. The district was unable to offer a response today.
The next meeting will be on Monday, August 5th at 2pm. The location of the meeting will be announced later this week.
